ATLANTA, GEORGIA April 13, 2020 -- BoardActive, the B2B SaaS for location-based messaging, analytics, and attribution announces a collaboration that combines the power of BoardActive’s location technology patents with a team of Senior Licensing Advisors. Their licensing expertise brings a powerful foundation to the partnerships BoardActive plans to build.

Per the agreement, BoardActive will collaborate on providing location and messaging solutions for their clients – combining the product and contract analysis and organization insights of BoardActive software with the licensing expertise of the Senior Advisor team.

Jesse London - Jesse London is a 25+ year ad sales veteran, and he spent most of that time in the out-of-home industry. For the last ten years, he has led teams as a General Manager and General Sales Manager for Clear Channel Outdoor and Outfront Media in New York. Before that Jesse managed national sales organizations at ABC and Newscorp.
Kevin Romano - Kevin Romano brings an entrepreneurial approach in a leadership position to a diverse background of industries including technology, entertainment, and advertising. He drives bottom-line results while building cohesive teams centered on building brands. He brings a unique combination of visionary and detailed operational experiences while recognizing the importance of robust I.P. protection.
Mike Hiskett - Mike Hiskett has over 30 years of experience in direct marketing, consumer promotion, marketing analytics and the direct to the consumer media industry. Mike’s background includes 10- years with Money Mailer with responsibilities over National Accounts, Marketing Analytics, and Corporate-owned Markets. Prior to joining Money Mailer, Mike led sales and marketing teams with major account responsibility. Most notably, he served as Regional Vice President of Sales, Southwest region, for Valassis/ADVO, one of the nation’s leading marketing services companies. He managed a team of 125 sales and marketing executives and was responsible for revenues of $280 million. Mike has extensive experience working with major retailers, groceries, E-commerce, and CPG companies. Mike graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Math Education in 1980.
Ray Rotolo - Ray has over 25 years of executive experience in media, advertising, and technology. Most recently he was SVP, GM Channel Partnerships for Gimbal. As part of the original Gimbal management team that led the successful spinoff from Qualcomm, Ray led channel development and execution across a wide range of media and enterprise clients. Prior to Gimbal, Ray was the COO then CEO for Posterscope, one of the largest OOH media planning and buying agencies in the US where he oversaw over $500MM in client media spend. Ray was a cofounder of Chrysalis (OOH agency for Havas) and one of the original directors of Kinetic, where he founded Target: health, the first media agency dedicated to the point-of-care media channel. He also spent time at NBC TV, where he was part of the original team at MSNBC. He began his business career at Citibank after his graduation from St. John’s University in NY.
Chris Quirin - Highly accomplished & amp; proven senior advertising, media sales and management executive who is recognized as an internal & external leader across multiple businesses. Founder: Easy Graphics Buffalo NY pre-press design company credited with creating unique and award-winning marketing campaigns for retail partners focused on the college market. Operated for 35 years as investor and partner. As VP for OOH company Culver Amherst increased revenue from 9 million to 15 million EBITDA in 2 years. As Team Leader at NBC UNIVERSAL. developed 5 DOOH companies with a combined value of 30 million dollars. Created the strategy for In Door Direct, a 900 screen rollout of a digital media network. Raised 6 million in the capital for World Health Networks deploying 18,000 blood pressure systems with an advertising platform located in Walmart and other big box and national pharmacy chains. Moved the company from analog to digital. Responsible for generating 4 million dollars with clients Bayer, P&G, Halls and various regional brands. Known for strategic partnership evaluation and delivering revenue that exceeded stated goals.
